Abstract


Financially incentivizing lifestyle interventions through personalized biohacking protocols to improve stress levels and overall well being. Biohacks are manageable and undemanding behavioral changes you can easily adopt to improve your health. IoT devices connect the physical and digital world making it easier to collect health-related data. There are some security and privacy challenges with using IoT which can be alleviated using Blockchain technology. Incorporating neuroadaptive technology can result in more personalized and effective interventions using machine learning algorithms and real-time feedback. The research investigates the effectiveness of a Blockchain-powered platform in stress reduction. The core idea is to incentivize individuals to integrate simple Biohacking protocols to help them in reducing their stress levels. In summary, we have presented a proof of concept for incorporating Biohacking Protocols with neuroadaptive incentivization using Blockchain and IoT and discuss various applications and implementation challenges. This research thus will pave for using advanced technology to curate ethical guidelines and decentralization of client data.
